Ventilation
The ventilation of greenhouses is carried out through ventilation openings placed on the greenhouse side walls and roofs. The windows that are effective in ventilation are usually roof windows. These windows and ventilation openings provide good ventilation in the greenhouse when opened, but when closed, they close completely and do not leave any openings in the greenhouse. In this way, the hot air in the greenhouse does not escape through the closed window gaps, thus preventing excessive fuel use and increased fuel costs in the greenhouse during cold weather.
The greenhouse ventilation openings designed by İska Sera do not create air drafts on the plants. However, they provide sufficient air exchange where the plants are located, and the fresh air entering the greenhouse does not directly hit the plants. In addition, the ventilation elements must be waterproof and must not be affected by storms. These features are important for maintaining the durability of the greenhouse and the health of the plants.
